Usage Notes

For English users: paid subscriptions are handled by Stripe. Credit card payments are recommended. PayPay is intended for Japan-oriented checkout and may not be suitable outside Japan.

You can cancel or change plans at any time.

Paid Plan Features

Free members can use one sticky-note notebook. General members and above can create multiple notebooks by theme or goal. Group limits and the booking calendar are also unlocked. Learning coaching and e-learning require Mentor membership or above.

Pricing

Each plan has a monthly price based on its features.
Paid members can purchase tickets required for online consultation bookings.
Online consultations are optional.

How Membership Works

Paid memberships are available either as subscriptions or one-time purchases, depending on the product.
Subscription:
Automatically renews monthly and supports credit card payment only.

One-time purchase:
Grants access for 30 days. After the period ends, your account returns to Free Member status.
Credit card payment is available in your country. PayPay is mainly for Japan-oriented checkout.

Renewal and Cancellation

Subscription:
Membership renews automatically. You can cancel anytime from My Page.
After cancellation, your account will change back to Free Member status.

One-time purchase:
After the access period ends, your account will change back to Free Member status.
To continue, please purchase the plan again after the period ends.

Payment methods

Credit card payments are supported through Stripe.
PayPay may be available for Japan-oriented one-time checkout, but credit card checkout is recommended for international users.
Card details are processed securely by Stripe and are not stored by this site.

A. You only need an email address and password.
Q. Can I change my username or email address?
A. Yes. You can update them from My Page.

Q. Does paid membership renew automatically?
A. It depends on the purchase type.
Subscriptions renew automatically each month.
One-time purchases do not renew automatically, so you need to purchase again to continue.
Q. Where can I check my access period?
A. You can check your membership status and expiration date from My Page or Order History.

Changes and Cancellations
Q. Can I get a refund, cancel, or change plans after purchase?

A. Support is available for learning coaching provided by the administrator.
Q. Can e-learning content change?
A. Yes. Content may be improved or updated to provide a better learning experience.
Account Deletion
Q. How can I delete my account?
A. You can delete your account from My Page. If you have a paid subscription, please cancel the subscription before deleting your account.
